A BIT ABOUT BOLIVIA...

In all fairness, I didn’t really know what to expect of the little landlocked South American country set between the popular Peru & the big bum beachy Brazil. In the end we ended up spending three weeks in ‘Boliwood’ and had a blast! The country might be deprived of an ocean but it sure can make up for it with its amazon forrest, legendary salt flats & death road mountain biking.

Salar de Uyuni

July 02, 2016

Also known as ‘the Salt flats’, this attraction alone brings all the tourist around to Bolivia. It is an impressive piece of land, a place that makes you think we live in a freakinshingly big beautiful world?

Have a life and death road experience

July 04, 2016

Most commonly known as the road of death, Yungas road is a very popular activity within the gringo traveling community. You don’t need to be a good cyclist or even fit to go down this exclusively down hill narrow road, you just need to be a confident biker with very little common sense

Pretend you are tarzan in the mighty jungle

August 06, 2016

Explore the Bolivian amazon jungle, spot some monkeys, swim with dolphins, fish for piranhas and run away from caymans!

Chill on the beautiful lake titicaca

May 10, 2016

If you want to go check out the sumptuous lake Titicaca I would highly recommend to do it from the Bolivian side. It’s quieter, less touristy and cheaper especially if you decide to stay in the north.
